Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, and guiding hiring managers through the process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment activities in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through internal and external platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate applications and make recommendations for interview.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
