- Main Responsibilities:">
- Advise on commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, real estate, construction, and confidentiality agreements, ensuring alignment with global policies.
">- Support the roll-out of global sales templates, training initiatives, and the Commercial Approval System across Sales Areas.
">- Provide strategic legal advice on material Sales and Purchase Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Framework Agreements, and corporate governance matters.
">- Manage disputes and litigation across the region, coordinate with external counsel, and assist in global dispute resolution and intellectual property matters.
">- Advise on employment law matters, including hiring, contracts, benefits, terminations, and redundancies, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
">- Assist with the execution of Sales Area Compliance Plans, maintain insurance compliance across contracts, and proactively update legal precedents and templates.
