Forecast Lead: Sales Planning Visionary

As our Forecast Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales forecast analysts, ensuring high levels of competence within the team. This critical role enables Big W to achieve its strategic objectives by improving forecast accuracy and enhancing ways of working with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams of analysts, managing high SKU/high location count environments, and working with advanced statistical forecast and replenishment software. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are also essential, as is experience in project management and leading initiatives.
