We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to enhance our onsite operations. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for candidates within a leading IT organization.

Kraków, city center (client's office)

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will involve managing and coordinating recruitment activities, which include:

  • Scheduling interviews
  • Distributing assessments to shortlisted candidates
  • Adjusting meeting times as necessary
  • Assisting candidates during in-office interviews
  • Collaborating with recruiters across the EMEA region to process candidates
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Working onsite for a minimum of four days per week
Additional Opportunities
  • Utilize company tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Engage with recruitment analytics.
  • Participate in company initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Provide feedback to enhance team processes.
