We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to enhance our onsite team at Qualtrics in Krakow. This role offers the chance to significantly influence the candidate experience for one of Poland's leading IT firms.

Location: Kraków, city center (client's office)

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include administering and coordinating recruitment processes, which encompass tasks such as:

  • Scheduling interviews
  • Distributing assessments to selected candidates
  • Rescheduling meetings as necessary
  • Supporting candidates during in-office interviews
  • Collaborating with recruiters across the EMEA region to process candidates
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Working from the office for a minimum of four days per week
Additional Opportunities
  • Utilize available company tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Engage with recruitment data.
  • Participate in company initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Provide feedback to the team and team leader for continuous improvement.

  • Fluency in English is essential, as daily communication will be in English.
