Key Responsibilities
  1. Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute strategies to source and attract top IT talent, including direct sourcing, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  3. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints, from initial contact to onboarding.
  4. Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent, including content creation, social media management, and event participation.

Requirements
  1. Expertise in Recruitment: Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in an IT/technology company.
  2. Direct Sourcing: Experience in direct sourcing and engaging talented individuals in the recruitment process.
  3. Employer Branding: Proven experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  4. Business Acumen: In-depth comprehension of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills enabling you to build relationships with candidates and the team.
  6. Organization: High level of organization, allowing you to respond and adapt to the changing needs and priorities.
  7. Language Skills: Great command of written and spoken English (C1 and above) and Polish (C2 or native).
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Academic Background: Academic background in the field of human resource management, psychology, business, or related fields.
  2. Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing tools and social media channels to help attract top talent.
  3. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, market trends, and data to improve talent acquisition strategies and employer branding efforts.
