Test and Release Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test and Release Manager to join our team at ENGIE Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our product suite.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the enhancement and implementation of QA frameworks, processes, and governance standards.
- Provide direction to teams on QA practices and ensure adherence to QA standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality control over vendors' deliverables.
- Drive the effective delivery and operation of testing-related tools to achieve standard outcomes and ROI.
- Conduct regular health checks and quality audits to maintain quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to ensure individual growth and development to Testing & Release Analyst.
- Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Drive collaboration with project teams to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of testing services to fulfill project objectives, and delivery timelines.
We are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in application testing and deployment positions. You should have familiarity with both automation and manual testing, excellent stakeholder management and business engagement skills, and the ability to prioritize and plan effectively multiple projects. A passion for the energy sector and sustainability is also essential.
