Enterprise Community, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Housing Credit Investments group, you will play a critical role in analyzing multifamily developments financed with the Low-Income Tax Credit.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data and projections for multifamily developments.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the LIHTC Deal Screening Committee.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers of affordable housing.
- Manage the LIHTC acquisitions bid workflow to ensure timely delivery of offers.
- Utilize Salesforce to track project progress and document feedback and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Urban Planning, or related field.
- Experience in real estate development and/or finance, including affordable housing.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
