As a Technical Accounting Manager at Enterprise, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial statements. Your responsibilities will include reviewing quarterly financial statements, year-end audits, and tax returns, as well as providing technical assistance to resolve issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review partnership tax returns, cost certifications, and Form 8609s.
  • Perform 704(b) analyses and resolve tax and audit issues.
  • Process and analyze lower-tier financial data on a quarterly basis.
  • Interface with General Partners and their Accountants on eligible basis, Housing Credit calculations, tax, and audit issues.
  • Provide annual audit and tax return training.
  • Conduct supervisory reviews of year-end audits, tax returns, cost certifications, and Form 8609s.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 6 years of accounting and tax experience, preferably in public accounting or real estate tax.
  • Knowledge of real estate development terminology and financial analysis.
  • Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits, with a focus on pre-stabilization properties.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be initiative-taking and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated habit of accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
  • Proven ability to work across teams.
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family, including a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000, depending on level of skills and experience.

The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
