Sponsor Resolution Analyst

At Enterprise Community, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sponsor Resolution Analyst to join our Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing the fiscal condition of affordable housing sponsors, developers, and guarantors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a proven ability to evaluate the financial health of organizations. You will work closely with our Sponsor Resolution team to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis of sponsors, developers, and guarantors to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and areas of risk.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including sponsors, developers, and guarantors.
- Collaborate with the Sponsor Resolution team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and improve financial performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent and 2+ years of experience required.
- Directly related experience in auditing and/or financial analysis of real estate development companies and non-profits.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
