Purchasing and Materials Acquisition Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Purchasing and Materials Acquisition Specialist.

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and cost-effective procurement of required materials and services for our operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing purchase orders and expediting critical purchases
  • Developing financial reporting processes and managing the payment process
  • Managing master data, vendor records, and material information in SAP
  • Troubleshooting and resolving purchasing-related system issues
  • Developing strategic supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes

Requirements
