Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Materials Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation and implementation of Purchase Requisitions in SAP.
  • Support project teams to ensure timely receipt and availability of materials, in line with construction schedules and constructability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate material forecasts to ensure effective allocation and reporting to site teams.
  • Expedite critical or priority items as required to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate receipting of materials into SAP.
  • Oversee the management of materials and equipment received, handled, and issued through project lay down yards and sites.
  • Inspect and verify materials, equipment, and documentation to ensure compliance with project technical and commercial requirements.
  • Issue materials and equipment to site and return them to lay down yards to ensure system accuracy and reporting information.
  • Serve as the site point of contact for Material Management and Expediting to ensure ongoing project reporting.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams for import of MTOs and BOM data, creating Engineering Requisitions in RFS.
  • Maintain data integrity in RFS for conversion to Purchase Requisitions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely production/release of PRs.
  • Manage the project Commodity tree and subsequent codes.
  • Support project teams to ensure accurate loading of materials into Material Management systems as part of the requisition process.
