UNSW College is seeking a seasoned Senior Change Manager to drive strategic change initiatives and build a robust change capability. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of education at UNSW College.

About the Role

As a Senior Change Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Team, Senior Management Team, and project teams to deliver strategic change initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the business is ready, willing, and able to accept planned changes, and that change is embedded in a way that enables the realization of projected benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational change initiatives in process improvement, systems, data, and people-centric projects.
  • Build and embed internal change capability to drive sustainable change.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve desired outcomes.
