Michael Page is partnering with a leading Non-profit Organisation (NFP) in the healthcare industry to find a skilled CRM Specialist.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced CRM Specialist with a proven track record of managing CRM systems in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis, with the ability to interpret healthcare data and generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the uplift of our current CRM system, providing recommendations and overseeing strategy.
- Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient and provider data.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve patient acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Support the mapping of customer journey.
- Work closely with the marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to align CRM initiatives with organisational goals.
- Design and implement automated workflows and communication campaigns.
- Identify and segment specific audiences.
- Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Health Cloud, HubSpot) and data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualisation tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
