About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional levels of cleanliness for our guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This will involve replacing guest amenities and supplies, making beds, removing dirty linens and room service items, dusting and polishing walls and furnishings, and vacuuming carpets and floor care duties.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent attention to detail, a high level of physical fitness, and strong communication skills. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guest rooms are clean and tidy at all times
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies
  • Make beds, remove dirty linens and room service items
  • Dust and polish walls and furnishings
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
