**Housekeeping Leadership Position**

We are seeking an experienced housekeeping leader to oversee a team of room attendants and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our accommodation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee a team of room attendants, providing guidance and motivation to achieve efficient and thorough room cleaning.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Train new team members in housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and guest service.
- Monitor and report housekeeping supplies, ensuring proper levels are maintained.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to optimize workflows and schedules.
- Prepare and submit reports on room status, cleaning progress, and team performance.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
