Housekeeping and Reception Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our housekeeping and reception team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our property, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
About the Role- This is a part-time role with a permanent contract, working a variety of shifts including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our property, including communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms.
- Refresh stock and supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all areas of the property are tidy and well-presented at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, answering queries and offering helpful local information and knowledge.
- Promote in-house activities to guests.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is essential.
- You must be willing to take direction from others and work well under pressure.
- You will need good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Flexible availability is required, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
- A permanent part-time contract within the hospitality award rate.
