About This Role

This is a key opportunity to join a consortium of leading industry players as part of a collaborative effort with Sydney Water.

  • Manage the delivery of projects according to NEC4 processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Assign resources effectively, monitor workflow, set project goals, and provide constructability input to design teams.
  • Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.
  • Evaluate risks, develop accurate forecasts, and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Monitor staff resourcing to achieve project targets, perform internal cost tracking, and report external costs to clients.
  • Identify and manage project changes, performing all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, reporting, and procedures.

We seek your expertise to help deliver a large-scale program over the next decade to build, maintain, and protect iconic water resources.

The successful candidate will possess an Engineering degree or equivalent, recent experience managing medium to large projects, leadership in health, safety, and environmental management, advanced financial and commercial management skills, client relationship and stakeholder management experience, business development acumen, high proficiency in MS office applications, and possession of a White card.
