This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced program leader with a passion for digital transformation, strategic thinking, and delivering meaningful change through technology. As Program Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and leading a cohesive program of ServiceNow-enabled projects that will modernise enterprise workflows, enhance service delivery, and contribute directly to UOW's transformation journey.
The ServiceNow platform has been identified as a key strategic technology for the University. With multiple modules across ITSM Pro, HRSD Pro, CSM Pro, SPM, ITOM, and FSM already in play or in planning, we need a clear programmatic approach to drive alignment, progress, and value.

- Establish and support governance forums and working groups to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Drive engagement and change strategies to ensure strong adoption and long-term success of the platform.
- Work closely with ServiceNow technical and functional advisors to ensure delivery aligns with platform best practice.
- Monitor progress, risk, dependencies and performance across the program and report to senior stakeholders.
Who we're looking for
- Strong program or project management experience in enterprise IT or digital transformation settings.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to see the big picture while managing complex details.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach to working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on outcomes and user experience.
- A commitment to UOW's values, particularly around innovation, inclusion, transparency, and impact.
