Service Delivery Director

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will drive service excellence and consistency, leading Child & Family teams to embed therapeutic practices through evidence-based frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams to deliver quality services.
  • Embed therapeutic and reflective practices within teams.
  • Analyze and resolve service gaps and risks.
  • Drive policy and practice improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • Leadership experience in Child & Family services.
  • Skilled in reflective practice models such as TCI and CALM.
  • Strong project, coaching, and facilitation skills.
