Job Description

As a key leader, you will drive operational excellence across multiple campuses in the Northern Beaches. Your role will entail leading and developing Campus Directors to achieve operational performance goals, including occupancy, family experience, safety, and compliance.

  • Drive operational performance by setting ambitious targets, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of excellence within the campus teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue, manage costs, and enhance EBITDA performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships between campus teams and central support functions, ensuring seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • An experienced operational leader with a proven track record of success in multi-site or area management, preferably in early childhood education or a related sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, enabling you to understand and influence P&L performance.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
