Strategic Sales Director

The Strategic Sales Director plays a pivotal leadership role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence across sales functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for achieving monthly and quarterly sales volumes, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales volumes and profitability in line with national targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive long-term loyalty and growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage and collaborate with partners to align strategies, secure supply, and optimize program support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement development plans to support team capability and retention.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong track record of relationship management and stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and CRM systems.
