Foster a Strong Service-Oriented Culture as Director of Research ServicesOverview

The University seeks a Director to oversee the management of research grants and contracts, ethics applications, Higher Degree by Research (HDR), and ongoing training. The successful candidate will lead and manage the Research Services team, providing strategic leadership and building a high-performing service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Strategic Leadership to Build a High-Performing Team
  • Drive Delivery of Support Services to Researchers and HDR Candidates
  • Act as Key Advisor to Senior Leaders
Qualifications and Skills
  • Possess Postgraduate Qualification with Extensive Relevant Experience or Equivalent Combination of Experience, Education, and Training
  • Demonstrated Management and Leadership Capability within a Research Organisation or Tertiary Environment
  • Extensive Knowledge of Research Services, Including Grants, Contracts, Ethics, HDR, Policy, and Ongoing Training
