Digital Integration Solutions Manager

This role oversees the delivery and reliability of integrations across a complex application landscape, leading a small in-house team and coordinating offshore partners to ensure critical business processes flow seamlessly.
- Lead the Delivery Integration Team (people leadership, performance, coaching, and career development) and manage offshore integration support partners to drive strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Platform Managers, and Delivery/Project Managers to set and execute integration strategies that meet business needs.
- Design, build, and support secure, reliable, and scalable integrations across enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and security best practices.
- Drive operational resilience through monitoring, logging, alerting, exception handling, and robust disaster recovery to meet RTO/RPO targets.
- Oversee business-as-usual (BAU) and project delivery, balancing resources effectively across both areas.
- Ensure platforms and interfaces are maintained, backed up, vulnerability-managed, and upgraded when required to minimize downtime.
- Promote best practice adoption across configuration, development, testing, and security to optimize performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, recommending process and system improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support planning, estimation, and resource allocation with Delivery/Platform Managers and Project Managers to achieve business goals.
