IT Manager - Digital Integration

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our digital integration efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical teams and delivering customer-focused solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing support of our Salesforce ecosystem.
  • • Oversee the stability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.
  • • Manage integration with other systems, including Active Directory and identity access platforms.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver seamless solutions.
  • • Ensure compliance with data protection policies and user access controls.
  • • Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Tech Skills:
  • • Strong expertise in Salesforce platforms and integration with enterprise systems.
  • • Experience in developing custom front-end applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
  • • A deep understanding of customer experience principles and data architecture.
  • • Familiarity with SDLC, ITIL, and project management methodologies.
