Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious hotel in Sydney, ensuring seamless and profitable management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to drive profitability and success
  • Promote change and improvement in performance, implementing effective strategies
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, guests, and regional shared services
  • Maintain excellent product and service standards while optimizing revenue and controlling expenses
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages team members to thrive
  • Represent the hotel within the local community, promoting Accor values and engaging with the community
Required Skills & Experience
  • A proven track record as a General Manager, demonstrating expertise in various departments and stakeholder management
  • Create an inclusive work environment where teams feel motivated and valued
  • Develop strong relationships through confident communication, effective problem-solving, and quality-driven service delivery
  • Drive financial growth through strategic planning and thoughtful decision-making
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of key metrics impacting hospitality businesses, leveraging this knowledge to drive revenue growth and motivate teams
  • Prior experience working with body corporates in a Managed Leasehold Rental (MLR) setting is highly desirable
  • A current Real Estate license (Class 1) is advantageous
