As an Associate Director in ECO, you will be joining the Emerging Corporate & Origination team that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

">
  • ">
  • Support strategic planning efforts ">
  • Manage client relationships effectively ">
  • Leading origination and structuring of new transactions with a focus on balance sheet lending for growth business ">
  • Lead and manage teams (as required for projects which will be indirectly reporting through). ">
  • Building an inspired and empowered team through effective coaching, development, mentoring and performance management. ">
  • Generate revenue and drive ROE accretive business growth. ">

  • Proactive management of credit, conduct and compliance risk. ">
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Corporate & Business banking, general accounting principles, strong origination and execution, pitch preparation and presentation skills. ">
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to highly performing teams, particularly coaching and developing others. ">
  • Proactive risk management; meet all policy and compliance requirements; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role; and escalate event, issues or breaches as they are identified. ">
