Corporate Origination Manager

This senior position is designed for a dynamic professional to spearhead origination and structuring of new transactions, focusing on balance sheet lending for growth business.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing expert insights
- Develop and maintain key client relationships to drive business growth
- Lead the origination and structuring of new transactions with a focus on balance sheet lending for growth business
- Manage teams (as required for projects) and indirectly oversee team performance
- Develop an inspired and empowered team through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Requirements:
- Proactively manage credit, conduct, and compliance risk to ensure a secure business environment
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Corporate & Business banking principles, including strong origination and execution skills
- Showcase experience in contributing to high-performing teams, particularly in coaching and developing others
- Effectively manage risk, meet policy and compliance requirements, adhere to processes, and escalate issues as necessary
- Generate high-quality revenue and return on equity accretive business growth
