The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation to enable users to install and use our software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to plan, write, and peer review effective content.
- Apply user-centered writing concepts to explain complex concepts and processes clearly and effectively.
- Develop understandable, accurate, clear, and concise content using easily understood terminology.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve agreement that the proposed deliverables meet the required business needs.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven high level of competency in written and spoken English.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Ability to demonstrate technical writing and editing skills.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, DITA, Oxygen XML Author, or similar.
- Understanding of z/OS systems and software.
