Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in our company's Learning and Development team.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and evaluating training materials and resources to ensure they meet business and learner requirements.

The ideal candidate will have an information technology background and experience with programs such as PDF/Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe InDesign, Paint.Net (Graphics) and MadCap Flare. You will primarily utilise your coding ability with HTML and CSS to deliver high quality training materials.

We are looking for someone who can easily learn and understand various learning systems to enable digitisation projects to come to life.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Convert technical information into learnable material to meet diverse audience needs and competency requirements
  • Incorporate blended learning styles to provide value-adding learning and development of content for our workforce while maintaining corporate style requirements
  • Build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
