About Our Team

We are seeking a skilled Buying Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for supporting the Buyer in achieving financial results and meeting business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating detailed product specifications and range sheets
  • Managing orders, inventory levels, and associated administration
  • Preparing weekly sales reports, merchandise displays, and product analysis
  • Coordinating with the Planning team on orders and delivery updates
  • Contributing creative input for product development
  • Attending fit sessions and reviewing garments on the body
  • Communicating daily with vendors
  • Maintaining effective communication across departments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant education, such as a Design/Buying/Merchandise Diploma or Business/Commercial degree
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Administrative management skills
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
