Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and maintenance of our product offerings. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with product managers to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of products

Responsibilities include:

  • Inventory management and procurement
  • Tour package setup and coordination
  • Hotel and cruise inventory management
  • Final rooming lists and passenger manifests delivery
  • Business operations support to maximize inventory utilization
  • Traveler feedback forms creation
  • Process improvement and streamlining
  • System improvements for better efficiency
  • Customer service center support with product inquiries
  • Traveler documentation preparation
