  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Target and educate end users to convert from existing brands to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets.
  • Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions within the Government and Defence channel.
  • Manage, develop, and maintain new and existing users on the Milwaukee platform with a large focus on new business acquisition within the assigned Government and Defence channel and state.
  • Manage all activities, information, and sales within Salesforce CRM.
  • Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent the company's brand.
  • Partner effectively with other sales teams to deliver the best outcome.

About You:

  • A minimum of 1 year of direct selling or business development/account management experience is required.
  • Prior experience working with the Defence or Government/Local Government/Emergency Services sectors is highly regarded.
  • You should have a strong ability to develop and foster client relationships and build rapport.
  • A trade background/hands-on experience with tools is desirable.
  • You must possess high-level communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A full driver's licence with an excellent driving record is also required.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity offers a $70,000 - $90,000 per annum salary package, which includes discounts on company products, hybrid working model, access to professional development programs, paid parental leave, employee assistance program, recognition programs, and social events to celebrate team achievements.
