Senior Experiential Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Experiential and Sampling teams in managing activations and sampling strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in experiential marketing, project management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for driving team growth, identifying revenue opportunities, and supporting key stakeholders in delivering multifaceted events.

• Lead comprehensive project management for activation and sampling initiatives from strategic proposals to execution and reporting.
  
• Oversee resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with all processes and deliver projects on time maintaining high standards.
  
• Integrate team efforts and improve production processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  

• Extensive experience in experiential marketing and project management focusing on activations and sampling +10 years.
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills capable of managing and inspiring teams.
  
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities for engaging clients and stakeholders.
  
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation.
