Experiential Marketing Leader

The Group Experiential Director plays a pivotal role in leading and mentoring the Experiential and Sampling teams, focusing on activation strategies and sampling initiatives. This position requires expertise in strategic leadership, project execution, team management, and budget oversight.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Group Experiential Director is responsible for:
- Developing and implementing experiential marketing strategies to engage target audiences;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute sampling programs;
- Mentoring and managing the Experiential and Sampling teams to ensure optimal performance;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
