Job Overview

The Opportunity:

  • Spearhead marketing strategies for beverage, retail and lifestyle industries in collaboration with the Business Director & General Manager.
  • Mentor and manage a team of marketers to develop national marketing campaigns.
  • Nurture key client relationships and oversee project deliverables.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Stay abreast of agency processes and shopper/experiential marketing protocols.
  • Forecast and manage budgets, making informed decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Conduct key client meetings and presentations.

Required skills include 5+ years of experience in advertising/marketing/sales promotion or shopper marketing. Proficiency in multi-touchpoint communication programs is ideal.

Key qualities: articulate presentation, composure under pressure, effective decision-making/problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing situations.
