Front Office Representative

The Front Office team is a dynamic and enthusiastic group of professionals responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at our Brisbane Airport hotel. We are currently seeking a skilled representative to join our team on a part-time basis.
As a Front Office Representative, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to guests during their stay, ensuring that all requests are met promptly and efficiently. This includes managing guest accounts, handling transactions, and maintaining the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and excellent grooming and presentation standards. You should also be a strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
