The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager at either of our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs teams.
This full-time position offers stability and security, along with opportunities for growth within our organisation.
You will take ownership of your centre, providing leadership and motivation to your team, while having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.
Your role will include production workshop management, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with our quality expectations.
- Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to achieve targets and ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers.
- Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site operates profitably.
- Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
- Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
- Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system and safety policies.
