Job Title: Commercial Facilities Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Facilities Officer to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate the day-to-day operation of student accommodation and commercial facilities
    • Manage contractor works and ensure maintenance requests are actioned promptly
    • Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and implement improvements
    • Plan and oversee move-in/move-out processes and cyclical facility activities
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed about works or disruptions
Key Requirements:
  • A degree in a facilities management, property, engineering, building and construction or other relevant area with subsequent relevant experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supervising facilities operations within a large facility with multiple buildings
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Extensive relevant experience and expertise in the provision of customer-focused infrastructure services
