Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to join our agile and solutions-focused facilities team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth operation of student accommodation and other commercial facilities across our precinct.

You will liaise with stakeholders, oversee maintenance activities, and develop practical solutions to challenges as they arise.

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of student accommodation and commercial facilities.
  • Manage contractor works and ensure maintenance requests are actioned promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and implement improvements.
  • Plan and oversee move-in/move-out processes and cyclical facility activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and monitor compliance with health, safety, and risk management standards.
