Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve anti-social behaviour complaints efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to sustain tenancies
  • Conduct thorough investigations into complaints by interviewing victims, perpetrators, and witnesses
  • Handle complex case referrals and ensure all actions align with established policies and procedures
  • Develop comprehensive complaint resolution plans and lead necessary actions to ensure fair outcomes for tenants
  • Identify and manage risks proactively to ensure safety and well-being of tenants
Requirements
  • Previous related experience in a similar community-based role
  • Certificate IV in Community Services, Social Housing or similar would be highly regarded
  • Highly developed negotiation and rapport-building skills
  • Proven effective time management skills with strong prioritisation, organisation, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in the use of computer software, including databases, MS Office (Word, Excel), internet, and Outlook
