The role we are recruiting is the Executive General Manager of Housing Services which leads the Housing and Homelessness Portfolio at AnglicareSA (Believe Housing Australia). AnglicareSA's Housing Services, is focused on providing quality housing options for our customers across metro Adelaide and regional SA. A house is more than just bricks and mortar - it's a home, and together with support and the local community.

**The Opportunity**:
This role will lead the Believe Housing Australia portfolio by providing excellent strategic leadership and financial management to deliver sustainable housing services to the community and build the organisation's housing assets.

We are seeking an Executive with a proven track record in driving commercial growth coupled with a passion for engaging with people and obtaining results. This is a key role which requires a holistic and innovative approach to the delivery of multiple complex housing projects and programs for AnglicareSA.

**Key Duties**:

- Develop the strategic direction for the division and deliver operational and financial outcomes
- Develop new and innovative approaches to addressing client and community housing needs
- Develop and lead a high performing team through empowerment and engagement
- Develop opportunities to continuously improve service delivery
- Actively identify and pursue opportunities to engage with the sector

**About You**:
We are looking for the next face of Believe Housing Services, someone with the connections and charisma to influence and advocate for AnglicareSA and the industry in SA and Nationally. You will be driven with high integrity and have extensive relevant experience in the property and/or commercial building sector. A proven track record in a similar role where you have achieved significant commercial results and successful project outcomes will ensure your success.

**Skills and Expertise**:

- Exceptional leadership ability to foster a high performance work culture and drive cultural change
- Significant ability in strategic thinking and operational execution
- Ability to provide high level advice on the assessment of potential housing opportunities
- Proven ability to lead housing focussed projects at a strategic level
- Superior skills in the negotiation and execution of contractual relationships including cultivating and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Proven commercial acumen with strategic financial planning experience and the ability to deliver on KPIs
- Excellent communication - oral and written - with the ability to deliver high level executive reports on a regular basis
