Job Description

The Head of Customer Relationship Management will lead the CR team and manage their portfolio of clients to ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining a high level of solution management.

This role offers the opportunity to utilize your excellent relationship management skills and negotiate with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-regional and country management teams
  • Lead a team of Customer Management Staff
  • Ensure team members possess relevant knowledge and competencies to meet strategy and market requirements
  • Develop and coordinate long-term customer strategies
  • Resolve complaints and support team members in negotiations and contractual settlements
  • Optimize resource deployment, processes, procedures, and proposals to enhance the Service organization
  • Support Region and country Management in initiatives contributing to overall success

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain, or equivalent field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an International Service organization with leadership and people management expertise
  • Financial insight and knowledge of key figures and KPIs within a Service
  • Legal/commercial background and negotiation experience
