
Director of Client Solutions

The Head of Customer Relationship Management will lead the CR team and manage their portfolio of clients to ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining a high level of solution management.
This role offers the opportunity to utilize your excellent relationship management skills and negotiate with clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in cross-regional and country management teams
- Lead a team of Customer Management Staff
- Ensure team members possess relevant knowledge and competencies to meet strategy and market requirements
- Develop and coordinate long-term customer strategies
- Resolve complaints and support team members in negotiations and contractual settlements
- Optimize resource deployment, processes, procedures, and proposals to enhance the Service organization
- Support Region and country Management in initiatives contributing to overall success
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain, or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an International Service organization with leadership and people management expertise
- Financial insight and knowledge of key figures and KPIs within a Service
- Legal/commercial background and negotiation experience
