- Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable team.
- Maintain high service levels and foster a customer service culture within Accounts Payable.
- Oversee Converga, our paperless Accounts Payable system.
- Manage business expense systems such as SAP Concur and auditing tool Appzen.
- Maintain accurate supplier data, including setup, variations, terminations, rebates, payment terms, and cost centre management.
- Manage Supply Chain Finance platforms with banks and suppliers.
- Prepare management reports and track Accounts Payable metrics.
- Uphold key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead system integration and process enhancement projects.
- Support the transition from offshore to onshore operational models.
- Enhance financial controls, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years experience leading an Accounts Payable team.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline management.
- Proactive, autonomous, and accountable approach.
- Strong teamwork and continuous improvement focus.
- Experience with system enhancements, integrations, and process redesign.
- Project and change management skills; problem-solving ability.
- Preferred experience with Converga, Oracle, and SAP Concur.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
