Accounts Payable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable professional to fill this challenging role. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable position, with a proven track record of efficiently processing large quantities of supplier invoices and payments within agreed trading terms.
The Position
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently processing high volumes of supplier invoices and payments within specified timeframes;
- Data entry and maintenance;
- Liaising with key stakeholders, including Store Managers, Head Office and suppliers;
- Reconciliation of Company credit cards and EFT payments; and
- General accounting and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with online accounting systems;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- A team player with a proven track record of success;
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to maintain data accuracy.
