About the Role

This is a permanent and fixed term temporary full-time opportunity to deliver high-quality pharmacy services that align with organisational goals and legislative standards.

As a Pharmacy Professional, you will contribute to patient care by undertaking advanced clinical support tasks under the direct or indirect supervision of a pharmacist.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Undertake advanced clinical support tasks under the direct or indirect supervision of a pharmacist.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
  3. Support, mentor and supervise less experienced pharmacy assistants/technicians.
  4. Utilize high-level technical skills in preparing prescriptions for dispensation, including understanding of medicines and legal requirements involved under the supervision of a pharmacist.
  5. Participate in quality improvement activities in alignment with pharmacy departmental requirements.
