Clinical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinics.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, managing their experience from initial contact to final appointment. You will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to our clinicians, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.

To succeed in this role, you will require prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles, with a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential, as is your ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
  • Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
  • Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments
  • Learning and competently using a range of software and applications

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
