We are seeking an exceptional individual to support our HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting a small business unit with end-to-end HR projects
- Collaborating with Senior Leaders and Line managers to develop and implement Human Resources strategies
- Providing recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of Human Resources
- Interpreting and advising leaders on policies, programs and practices
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Generalist Human Resources best practice and excellent knowledge of organisational policies and procedures.
