
Business Development Partner

We're looking for a skilled professional to grow and develop our relationships with existing accounting partners.
This role plays a crucial part in expanding, building, and managing these partnerships to drive business growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inbound phone and email sales, proven sales performance, and the ability to build strong rapport with partners.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Categorising and prioritising new and existing partner territories to maximise growth opportunities.
- Identifying sales pipeline opportunities and developing strategies to secure larger deals.
- Prioritising daily activities to optimise calling time and meet monthly targets.
You'll also be expected to:
- Develop business plans to secure key partnerships.
- Run and present at sales events to promote our products and services.
- Increase penetration within the existing partner base through strategic planning and execution.
To succeed in this role, you'll need direct experience in sales, a proven track record of success, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, a passion for building long-term client relationships and staying up-to-date with industry trends is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Proven sales performance and experience in inbound phone and email sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
