**Role Overview**

The business consultant will work closely with professional associations to assess business needs, analyse challenges, and provide strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing objective consultancy on management topics related to association operations, membership management, events, and CRM strategies
  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify challenges, assess organisational structures, and evaluate operational workflows
  • Developing and presenting tailored recommendations to optimise business processes, improve efficiency, and align digital solutions with organisational goals
  • Assisting in the implementation of strategies, ensuring best practices in technology adoption, member engagement, and association governance
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to refine Agend AMS configurations based on organisational requirements
  • Facilitating training, workshops, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of recommended solutions

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, organisation management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in consulting, preferably within professional associations, non-profits, or membership-based organisations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex organisational challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with management systems, ERPs, CRM platforms, or digital transformation projects is highly desirable
